Again with the Egg Blorkmuffin

This time with a homemade iced cappucino.

so delicious!

Toasted whole wheat english muffin, egg, aged cheddar cheese, crisped prosciutto * and a dab of Dijon mustard Provençal. Mmmmm, yummy!

* Place some very thinly sliced good quality prosciutto on a non-stick cookie sheet (or a lightly oiled regular one) and bake in a 400°F oven for ten minutes. (Note: it will smoke.) You’ll never settle for bacon again.
