This was our last night in Cortona. We found a little Trattoria up the hill from most of the action. The fare there was a bit more rustic than down the hill. These pastas were rich but very delicious.
Mine is "oreccetti" (ear-shaped pasta) with smoked pancetta in a rosé sauce and Martine's is spinach and ricotta ravioli with an orange-lemon sauce.
Those were the "primis". For "secondi" I had pork tenderloin in a balsamic vinegar sauce and Martine had some kind of veal with mushrooms.
