Ligurian Chowder
Manarola
We had a big lunch in Manarola one day. Martine had a vegetable lasagna and I ordered "Ligurian chowder" from the soup menu. This is what I got. It has swordfish, mussels, clams, calamari, prawns, and scampi in a garlicy tomato sauce. It was really delicious, but it's a stretch to call it soup!
