How To Disable Snap Shots on Blogs

Categorized under Weblogs

Mikel recently made a plea to people who use “Snap Shots” on their blogs to please reconsider. Snap Shots (sometimes referred to simply as “Snap”) is that highly annoying feature that pops up an ad-filled preview of the target whenever you roll your cursor over a link on a Web page (usually a blog). Here’s [...]

Face

Categorized under Food and Drink, Montreal

Check out the cappuccino I had at Caffè Art Java (downtown Montreal) yesterday. Nice face! It not only looked pretty cool, it tasted great. If you ask me (and I know you’re asking me) Art Java makes the best coffee in town.

Categorized under Books, Culture, Society, Television

(Postscript: I changed the title of this post from “Faith in the Unknowable” to “Chris Hedges on Atheism” to more accurately depict the topic of the post.)
Chris Hedges was on “The Hour” with George Stroumboulopoulos last night promoting his new book I Don’t Believe in Atheists. In the book, Hedges speaks against the rise [...]

Most Retarded Dream Ever

Categorized under Dreams, Moi, Television, Web/Tech

I‘ve been having the most bizarre dreams lately, but I’ve not written about them because writing about your dreams is a bit like describing your bowel movements; endlessly fascinating to yourself but of little interest to others. But this one is short, and so over the top that I can’t resist telling.
In the dream, I’m [...]
